Lucas Technical Air offers a mentorship program to teach Air Conditioning & HVAC Servicing which gives individuals the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. The primary purpose of mentorship is to provide guidance, knowledge, and encouragement to the mentee, helping them grow both personally and professionally. Mentors offer valuable insights, share their expertise, and provide constructive feedback, while mentees seek to learn, gain new skills, and navigate challenges with the mentor’s guidance.
